Quality Indicators
The AQTF Quality Indicators for RTOs form part of the AQTF Essential Conditions and Standards for Continuing Registration that apply to all RTOs registered with VRQA.
RTOs are required to collect and use data on three quality indicators:
- competency completion
- learner engagement
- employer satisfaction.
Quality indicator data is used by RTOs to undertake continuous improvement and by national, state and territory registering bodies to inform each RTO’s risk assessment.

Audits
EduTrain Australia is registered with the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) which is responsible for the regulation of education and training providers and qualifications in Victoria.
The VRQA adopts a rigorous, risk based audit regime. The audit process aims to ensure the compliance of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with the necessary standards, conditions and guidelines for initial registration and/or continuing registration.
