I have worked as a Learning Support Officer for 13 years and have plenty of experience working with children. However, participating in this course has been an invaluable experience for me as it has enhanced my education and broadened my knowledge in specific areas that I previously was not confident in. For example, I was encouraged to reflect on areas that I felt needed improvement, my knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders was broadened and my skills regarding behaviour management have improved. The course was delivered by Paul Deegan who was both engaging and understanding. I highly recommend this course and would encourage anyone working in this field to enrol.
