The Certificate IV Education Support Course conducted by ETA was excellent. I recommend this course to any educator interested in furthering their learning in the education support field. The course was really informative and applicable to the current support work I am involved in. I have personally gained a lot of extra knowledge from the content of the course and I am now inspired to re-think the way I plan and present my work as an LSO.

I liked the way the course was structured and I found the presenter Paul Deegan very professional, friendly and fun. Paul had lots of energy and enthusiasm and presented the course in a very effective and interesting manner. He also had a great sense of humour.
